The most flavorful chili can take hours to simmer and develop, but sometimes you need something warm and comforting fast. We've got you covered. As a lean source of protein, ground turkey won the day for this dish and paired with protein packed kidney beans, this captures the smoky flavor of our chili perfectly. We've used poblano peppers to spice things up, but don't worry these are mild with a complex sweet spiciness so you can savour every bite. We've included a sachet of sour cream in case you want a creamier, less spicy experience (but we also think this chili works great with an added sprinkle of red pepper flakes from your cupboard!) Top this dish with a sprinkle of cheese and let your troubles melt away while it melts.
